We would also like to thank all of the presenters who came to share their knowledge with us:

We would especially like to thank Pat Wilbur and Dave Forman for the wonderful Pastries, Maureen
Chase of Monihan Chase Caterers for the wonderful lunch, Anita Drozdyk for the fruit platters, and
Ginni Campbell of Schroon Falls Farm for the coffee.
A thank you also needs to go to the Town of Chester for allowing us to use their auditorium and facilities.
Especially to Paul (the Costodian) for giving up his day off and graciously putting up will all of us. I hope that we
didn't make too much of a mess!
We have not come up with a theme for next year yet, but, if you enjoyed the symposium this year, please pencil
us in for the first Saturday in April of 2006.
Many thanks again to all,
The Symposium Committee
